Chicken Stir-Fry

Need a simple clean recipe for supper? This Chicken Stir-fry Dish is one of my Favorites & is even kid-approved! Not to mention it is easy & fast!  

Here's a list of the ingredients you will need: 

2 TBS Organic Coconut Oil

2 packages of Hormone Free/Steroid Free Chicken Tenders (I like Harvestland) 

Organic Grape Tomatoes

1 bundle of Fresh Asparagus

1-2 cups Brown Rice

Put Coconut Oil in a cast iron skillet or skillet of your choice & Heat. Cut Chicken Tenders into small chunks & cook thoroughly in skillet.  While chicken is cooking, cut the grape tomatoes into halves & also cut asparagus into small pieces. Once the chicken is done, add in the tomatoes & asparagus until both are tender. Serve over Brown Rice.
