CINNA-BUN PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPE

As you know I value staying healthy & feeling MY BEST!  Whether you want to start Your Day Quick & Easy or End on an Up-Note, this shake will leave you feeling your best & energized for what's next on your schedule!  Each shake provides you with 20 grams of Protein, which is essential to overall health!  

So, today I'm sharing my current FAVORITE shake recipe-- CinnaBun!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 8oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop of GF oats (use protein scooper)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4-5oz water
  • Ice Cubes

DIRECTIONS

Throw all the above in a blender up for a few seconds & head out the door! My favorite blender cup is Hamilton Beach and can be found on Amazon.com or any of your local stores.  It comes with 2 shaker cups & 2 lids & usually runs around $15.99.  So no need in purchasing a bigger, fancier blender up, unless you already have one!
